05. Cups, the Eel

We don’t always get what we hoped for. It is a hard truth of life that things may slip through our fingers or that we might bite off more than we chew. The Eel is a seemingly fearsome creature, but is near-sighted and lives out its life in the protection of caves. Hiding in the darkness waiting for your next meal gives you a lot of time to reflect on your fears, regrets, and the things that hold you back from swimming out in the open. Instead of considering your regrets, take this time to learn how to evolve. You have the opportunity of a future, despite how hard things can seem right now. Don’t scare people off just because you might be scared, just focus on the present and what works the best for the current situation. Small and attainable goals can help build you up and give you stronger defense for the future.
